Some of us recently enjoyed a long weekend’s retreat at Rivendell, in the heart of rural Sussex.

The warmth of sangha amidst a wonderful group of new and old friends, Jim Tarran’s characteristically insightful and heartfelt asana, mantra, meditation and pranayama sessions and Abhayadeva’s bountiful vegan feasts made this a magical and deeply enjoyable retreat.
