Yoga Morning with Khadine

Saturday 2nd December 9.30am - 1.30pm
khadineKhadine is teaching a yoga morning for an opportunity to deepen yoga practice. The morning will consist of asana (posture) work, pranayama (breathing practices), meditation and mantra. The session will be suitable for all levels.
