Karunjala on mantra…
‘Knowing that all is well; I can let go of all this ‘stuff’. Developing confidence and trust in the process.’
On asteya…
‘Stealing is the outcome of neurotic craving. Neurotic craving is caused the sense of lack. The sense of lack is caused by delusion; misunderstanding the way life is, misunderstanding where real happiness is found.’
On Svadyaya…
‘Svadayaya means self study. My understanding is that this Niyama means develop objectivity. Study your mind and your body, observe yourself deeply, understand yourself thoroughly. Become self aware. Practice the four foundations of mindfulness. Also study the truth through texts and seek out good teachers to help you.’
