30th July: Half day at Brighton Buddhist Centre, 9am-12.45pm, with Jim Tarran

13th August: Full day Westmeston, with Jim Tarran

29th August: Yoga and meditation in the woods with Beka Card.

8th-10th September: Yoga and permaculture course with Beka Card and Nir Halfon.

From 15th September: Advanced yoga course. For students who have been practising for at least two years regularly and are familiar with the Sanskrit names of at least the main asanas. A basic grounding in anatomy is also useful i.e.: main bones basic muscles. Eight week course at Brighton Buddhist Centre with Jim Tarran.

Nov 8th-Nov 18th: Thailand retreat, with Jim Tarran
