Lewes classes, Tuesdays

anita hallThe Tues morning slot at Cliffe Church Hall, Lewes, 10-11.15pm £5/4, will be resuming under the tutelage of Anita Hall.

Anita is increasingly showing how the depth of one’s personal connection with yoga naturally reveals itself in teaching. Her teaching is clear, sensitive and informed and she presents yoga in away that is a once practical and at the same time profoundly revealing and uplifting.
