					<description>With this posture it is necessary to have skin to skin contact in order to be able to relax. In the thumbnail photo given for this posture that can be seen, but try doing it with loose fitting leggings and your foot will keep slipping down. The skin has to be very slightly moist as well. But usually there is enough moisture for the grip to occur. So if anyone is having trouble with this one, try having bare skin between the sole of the foot and the inner thigh.</description>
