Yoga weekend, 10-11 Feb

A weekend of Yoga, Breathwork and Yoga Nidra, Sat and Sun 10th and 11th February at Telscombe Village Hall, Telscombe Village, East Sussex, with Suzie Baker
Starting at 10am until 4pm on both days. Lunch
will be a shared meal in front of a roaring fire: please bring some food to share,
Suzie will bring a lovely organic soup and bread for all.
You can come for either or both days. Cost is £30 per day and concessions will be given upon request. Please call Suzie on 01273 516616 or e-mail if you are interested. Deposits of £15 will be needed to book by the 3rd February please.
