Molino del Rey yoga retreat, 2008
December 17th, 2007
June 15-22 2008
From £575
This exceptional, and delightful, Yoga Retreat is in an unspoilt rural area in Southern Spain. A wonderful swimming pool has been carved into the side of mountain; the front part is in the glorious Andalucian sunshine and the rear in the cool of the mountain cave.
There is also a meditation cave, a small sauna and a waterfall. Molino Del Rey is in the mountains of Andalucia. The building, an imaginatively converted mill, is situated in a steep sided valley close to a rushing river which leads to a waterfall.
The yoga room is stunning, spacious and light, with skylights and full length windows on three sides and entry into lit caves from a door at the back. It is fantastically well equipped with mats, chairs bricks blocks belt meditation stools and more.
Molino has 9 twin rooms, 7 are en suite and 2 share a bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning and new beds.
Price will be £575 sharing and £725 single room supplement.
Cost includes brunch and dinner.
The cheapest way to do the transfer is to hire 2 or 3 cars as a group and travel in convoy as taxis are fairly expensive. Cars are from 80 euros a week, split 3 ways it makes a cheap
transfer plus leaves the possibility to explore while there.
