New restorative yoga drop-ins

Every Thursday at the Bodhi Garden, Ship Street Gardens, Brighton, with Tracy Clare.
The first class will run from 10.30am - 12pm
The second class will run from 12.30 - 2pm
You can come along to either or stay for both (with time for a cup of tea, or an extra long pose in between!)
Classes will be dana, or donation based, (suggested £4/6 as appropriate).
No need to bring anything with you, all equipment will be provided, but wear comfy clothes, (a couple of layers) and warm socks!
