This session will invigorate your nervous system and flush out toxins from the body. It is suitable for anyone wishing to increase confidence and clarity. It is particularly helpful for people suffering from mild depression (not clinical) or anxiety based on fear. It is not advised for anyone post op or with a medical condition. Pregnant women should seek advice from a senior teacher.
