Class to open the heart
- Sit cross-legged on a yoga block, in front of you.
- Where comfortable, place the knees underneath the feet and have the feet away from the body so that there is a small gap between the body and the legs.
- Place the palms of the hands on the legs so that the elbows are beneath the shoulders.
This pose creates deep calm by circulating energy around the vital organs. It is also a wonderful release for tired legs and some forms of back pain.
