Groin stretch 2

  • Lay on your back
  • Take hold of your right foot, and bend the right knee to form a right angle between the calf and the thigh.
  • Maintaining the right angle draw the knee towards the right side ribs.
  • Allow the stretch room to breathe
  • If the stretch continues to open, allow the knee to move past the side ribs towards the floor, be mindful to maintain the right angle at the back of the knee.
  • Stay for 20-30 seconds or 10-20 breaths then repeat for the other side.
