Events

Vajrasati yoga is happy to offer the following events, for you to immerse yourself deeper.

Yoga holidays are held in a variety of stunning locations, every one offers it's own unique and inspiring environment.

All holidays offer extended yoga sessions (inc-asana, mantra, pranayama, meditation and philosophy) in the morning and late afternoon/early evening, these breaks provide an opportunity to deeply relax and experience another level of what the yoga tradition can offer.

Yoga days and half days are held Beechwood Hall a lovely venue deep in the heart of the Sussex countryside or at The Brighton Buddhist centre right in the heart of Brighton's 'North Lanes'

Yoga days and half days usually follow a central theme and give student's a chance to...
  • really explore particular areas of yoga that they might be interested in
  • have a longer time to absorb the healing benefits of yoga practice
  • have a mini retreat and a chance to get away from it all and reset back to centre.

On Svadyaya…
‘Svadayaya means self study. My understanding is that this Niyama means develop objectivity. Study your mind and your body, observe yourself deeply, understand yourself thoroughly. Become self aware. Practice the four foundations of mindfulness. Also study the truth through texts and seek out good teachers to help you.’
