  1. Lay on back over rolled up towel
  2. Adho mukha svanasana
  3. Uttanasana (head supported)
  4. Viparita Karani (discuss alternatives where bolster not available)
  5. Baddha Konasana (back to wall)
  6. Sukhasana (paravartasana)
  7. Supta Baddha Konasana
  8. Savasana (legs and backs of heels supported)
 
Sit comfortably in Sukhasana or other and chant three times the Sarvesham mantra really concentrating on its meaning ‘May all experience equally wholesomeness, peace, fullness and that which is auspicious’
