A pregnancy yoga class to support you, body & soul, on your journey into parenthood.
Each class will explore body and breathwork, meditation and deep relaxation techniques to help:
• connect with yourself & your baby
• increase energy
• release tension & anxiety
• relieve common side effects
(backache, heartburn, swollen ankles)
• prepare for labour & birth
Also private one-to-one or birth partner sessions in your own home to help prepare for birth available.
