Very gentle, relaxing yoga suitable for those with ME, fatigue, recovering from illness or injury, or who just want to take it easy.  Beginners are welcome.

Working with the breath and listening closely to our own bodies, working within our own limitations.

All equipment is provided.  Just £6 per class (£5 concessions)
