Tom Cowan - 500 hour certificate

Tom brings a sense of joyful immersion to your yoga, offering guidance throughout classes on how to practise asanas with absorption, compassion and integration.

The breath is used as a foundation for safely moving further into stretch sensations, allowing resistance to soften into release.

Tom is excited to be building on his experience as a trained bodyworker/massage therapist (sports/thai/deep tissue/romi-romi) by training for the 500 hour certificate with the Vajrasati School of Yoga.
