 A calming and rejuvenating class suitable for all levels.  Mostly this class will start with some breath work (pranayama) and move through a range of asanas to stretch the body and release tension, ending with 15 minutes of more restorative yoga practice and relaxation. Throughout there is an emphasis on the breath and on mindful movement, all in a light hearted manner.
