Lucy Sabin

Lucy’s teachings are enriched by her upbringing in and around her mother's yoga studio in Chichester. Having qualified with the Shiva Shakti School in Goa, she instructed Vinyasa Flow to busy London classes. There came a need to deepen her tacit knowledge and shine a light on her integrity, so she enrolled on the advanced Vajrasati training in Brighton and moved to the seaside. In her holistic yet imperfect classes, there is space to face challenges with honesty, kindness, and laughter. OM!
