Matt Matheson
Matt is a Peacehaven based communication coach who's work involves helping people say what they need to say when it matters most. He believes our true voices come from within, everyone has a story to tell and some people just need some help unlocking it. The keys to this are through the mind, the body and the spirit.
Matt teaches yoga on Thursday nights, providing a warm, caring and humorous class with a focus on mindful attention and conscious breathing. His classes are relaxed and fun and currently take place on Zoom.
Occasionally his dog Scribble joins in (whether invited or not).
