My name is Runa, I grew up in rural Spain surrounded by sounds of nature, where I first found Yoga as a child, in life I have always found my way back to the Matt, my journey as a healer and yoga teacher  is deeply rooted in both my upbringing and experiences as-well as Native American heritage which has led me to spiritual traditions and interconnectedness of all life and all beings. 

My yoga practice has emerged over time through a journey of healing and awareness. Over my life I have tried a variety of different yoga teachings and styles, which lead me to Vajrasati Yoga. 
In my classes I aim to create a healing and nurturing space that will aid in connecting with our selfs and others. Bringing a meditative state through out the practice enhancing balance and healing from within. 

At the moment I am offering 1-1 at a low cost welse I am progressing with my confidence and flow.
