Sarah Foord
Sarah has been practicing yoga since 2007 and started attending Vajrasati classes 6 years ago. She was drawn to the principles of Vajrasati Yoga, the combination of asana and meditative practice and the benefits gained through this practice. She travels a lot for work and practicing Vajrasati yoga allows her the time to develop a connection with her breath and space from the busyness of everyday life. Her classes take you through a series of postures that can deepen your connection with the breath and facilitates a continuous exploration of yoga.
