Supta Bālāsana - Supine Child Pose
(Lying-down hare pose)
Lay on your back gently embracing your legs towards your chest, with one hand holding the opposite wrist or with fingers interlinked in front of your shins.
Move the legs in towards your chest with any waves of natural release that can be felt.
DURATION: Stay for as long as natural release is felt.
FOCUS: Let the breath enter the spine, hips and groins so the old shape of the body in those areas can be felt with the light ‘summer breeze’ awareness.
