Terry Appleton

Terry has had a keen interest in yoga and Buddhism for more than ten years. He is the manager of a Buddhist 'Right Livelihood' shop in Brighton's North Laines.

Terry goes on regular Buddhist retreats and he brings his enthusiasm for 'The Dharma' together with his warm light and good humored character into his yoga teaching.

Terry holds a 500 Hour Vajrasati Teacher Certificate and is a full member of the Vajrasati Teachers Association.
